Regina M. Miller has over 25 years of experience as a telecom executive, executive coach, OD Consultant and change leader. Her projects and programs span all industries, sectors and leadership levels. Regina's specialties include culture change, brand-building, leadership governance and development, and organizational resiliency. She has lived and worked abroad in telecom start-ups and brings a systems point of view to culture and organization development/design projects. She has a good sense of humor and enters into client relationships with the intention that all is relevant and possible. She obtained her Executive Coaching Certificate from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and attended the HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
